Refund and Returns Policy

At Snooktopin, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair Refund and Returns Policy to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) to include with your return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in processing the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

  • Personal care products (e.g., bath toys)
  • Gift cards or promotional codes
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

If an item is marked as non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

If you paid using a credit card or debit card, the refund will be processed to the card used for the original purchase. For payments made through other methods (such as PayPal), the refund will be issued to the same account.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting our customer service team to expedite the process.

5. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange request.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in processing the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure safe delivery.
